Gilead Bistro serves up a delectable brunch. Homemade jams and freshly baked pastries are the perfect accompaniment to any of the main dishes, which range from a hearty Chef’s Salad to classic Poached Eggs Benedict with arguably the best hollandaise sauce you have ever tasted. Fresh juices and hot cappuccinos are at the ready by our Barista, or indulge your previous evening’s behavior with a spicy Caesar.
